Who we are

Vilnius Viewpoints walks are organised by [legal name], [company code or individual activity certificate number], [address], Lithuania. Contact: [email protected].

The walk

• A guided walk of about 3 hours in the Vilnius city forest, of moderate difficulty, including specialty coffee or tea and sandwiches.
• Groups have no more than 10 people. The route and the order of stops may change because of weather, path conditions or the group’s pace.
• The walk starts at the published time from the meeting point shown in your confirmation. We can’t wait for late arrivals or refund missed walks.

Booking and payment

• Prices are per person, in euros, and include all taxes. The per-person price depends on the size of your booking and is shown before you pay.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed through our payment provider, Stripe. You receive a receipt by email.
• Seats are held for about 30 minutes while you pay. If payment isn’t completed, the seats are released.

Refunds and cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable. Walks are leisure services for a specific date and time, so the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l)).
• If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by telling us their name before the walk.
• Extreme weather. If an official weather warning is in force for the walk’s time (for example storms, thunderstorms, heavy rain, extreme heat or extreme cold), we cancel the walk and you choose between a new date and a full refund. Light rain, cold or wet paths are not extreme weather. The decision to cancel is ours, and we tell you by email as early as possible.
• If we cancel for any other reason, you get a full refund or a new date, as you prefer.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Your safety and responsibility

• The walk crosses natural, uneven terrain with climbs. You confirm that you and everyone in your booking are fit to walk for about 3 hours.
• Wear suitable shoes and clothing, bring water, and follow the guide’s instructions. The guide may exclude a participant whose condition or behaviour puts themselves or others at risk, without a refund.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is responsible for them.
• Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when booking. We can’t guarantee that food is free of allergens.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
